Summary: "This could be the start of something big"
This exciting new novel introduced me to a brand new team of sleuths with creative minds, good senses of humor, and a taste for the offbeat. Loved the unique setting for the drama and the frequently bizarro aspects of the chase to find the murderer. Held my breath more than once as the bad guys seemed to have the upper hand, but our hero (and heroine) outfoxed them in surprising ways. Would enjoy seeing their next act, or watching it on film. This team of writers is on to something. Way to go!

Summary: "Great Thriller--two thumbs up"
I was definitely hooked.
I started reading this book at the airport when I was actually already too tired to read. Once I started, the story moved so fast that I found myself uncovering new twists every page and before I knew it I had read 150 pages. I finished the book the next day.
What I really liked about this thriller is that the characters are very likable, the story unfolds fast, and it is written with a sense of humor. Without giving the plot away, I can only say that the reading experience was almost like riding a rollercoaster.
I highly recommend this book.

Summary: "Fast-paced and fun to read!"
Chris hit the nail on the head - this book is fast-paced and fun to read! I really enjoy the interesting mix of characters Dave encounters as he throws caution to the wind and dives head first into the shark tank. For me, reading DUI is like watching a character-based thriller. The scenes are very easy to visualize, while the action and suspense pull you easily through one chapter after another. Once I start reading, I honestly find it hard to put down.

Summary: "Die-Hard Thriller with a Twist!"
If you enjoy fast-paced action thrillers with a punch this book is for you. This murder mystery is a wild ride!
In the tradition of the classic murder mysteries the story starts with a BANG! The main character makes the fateful mistake of having one drink to much and then taking the wheel. A moment later he finds himself in the middle of night crouched over a bleeding body that he just ran over. His life takes a plunge when he finds out that the person he ran over was the popular mayor of the small town Judea. Charged with Second Degree murder David, abused by the police and the small town mob, David's life shatters to pieces. Free on bail, David scrambles to understand what the man he ran over was doing in the woods at night and if the accident was in fact something far more sinister - a murder plot?
Mike and I built this book on top of a few principles: Make every sentence worth reading, make every page special, end every chapter with a major twist. Make the whole book a thrill-ride that's fast and fun to read.
Enjoy!
